Nigeria Embassy Officials in Switzerland Go Without Pay since January.

The Federal Government of Nigeria has failed to release vital funds to some ministries, and this has resulted in the non-payment of salaries of officials and staff of Nigeria embassy in Geneva, Switzerland.

The same situation had occurred in 2010 when the then labour minister paid all arrears of staff salaries. This followed the eviction of families affected, because of non-payment of rent.

It is important to note that Switzerland is a major recipient of stolen money and goods from Nigeria. Nigeria recovered about $1 billion dollars from Switzerland from account of Nigeria’s dead and EX-President. It is therefore pertinent to advice these officials going without salaries to fight to recover remaining Nigeria funds in this notorious tax heaven, and help themselves to pay their salaries.
